Pelican Lake is located in Oneida County, Wisconsin. The City of Pelican Lake is located on the east shore of the lake. The lake is part of the Upper Wisconsin River watershed and is drained by the Pelican River.
The lake is 3,585 acres, with a maximum depth 39 feet. The watershed is 10 square miles, including 361 acres of wetlands. The shoreline is 95% upland with bog and meadow wetlands adjoining a limited portion of the lake basin.
