Lake Maxinkuckee

Lake Maxinkuckee is the second largest lake in Indiana and covers 1,864 acres. It is located near the town of Culver in southwestern Marshall County. The lake has a maximum depth of 88 feet and an average depth of 24 feet.

The Potawatomi or Miami built several mounds on the banks of the lake, the largest being Pare Mound.
