Senate Set to Override Bush

The Senate will override a veto by President Bush for the first time with the authorization of $23 billion dollars in new water projects. The projects are part of the Water Resources Development Act. The act will help rebuild the Gulf Coast, restore the Everglades, protect the Great Lakes and build flood-control projects nationwide.
