Eurasian Milfoil in Michigan

Lake associations in Iron County, Michigan are working to find funds to contain invasive species in county lakes.

Representatives from fifteen lake associations told the Iron County Parks and Recreation Commission that they need funds to help contain Eurasian Milfoil. The money would go to purchasing expensive permits from the Department of Environmental Quality.
