Is Minnesota’s Lake Wakanda too polluted? Samples taken from Lake Wakanda over the past three years may show polluted storm water runoff from the area exceeds state water-quality standards and has degraded Lake Wakanda’s water quality. The MPCA says it has not yet set water quality standards for nutrient levels in storm water runoff.
