Wisconsin and the Great Lakes Compact

The Great Lakes Compact is expected to be introduced in the Wisconsin state legislature this week. Illinois and Minnesota have already approved the Great Lakes Compact, joining an effort started two years ago when Great Lakes governors signed on to the agreement. But Wisconsin is the only Great Lakes state that hasn't introduced a bill. A recent University of Wisconsin Survey shows 80% of people in the state support the Great Lakes Compact.
