Congress has earmarked nearly 3 billion dollars for flood relief for the Midwest. The money will go to fill grants through FEMA, the Small Business Administration and the U.S. Department of Agriculture. Roughly 50,000 homeowners have filed claims for help with flood relief. Most waters across the Midwest have crested, but heavy storms are in the forecast.
