Birds Found Dead At Lakes In Minnesota

Close to one thousand birds have been found dead at two lakes in Minnesota. Naturalists for the DNR found pelicans, cormorants, gulls and herons dead at Minnesota Lake and Pigeon Lake near the Twin Cities. Bird flu has been ruled out at this time, but tests are ongoing. More tests and cleanup of the areas will take up to one week.
