Lake Delton Repairs Begin

It looks like Lake Delton in Wisconsin is on track to be filled with water next summer, after being emptied and destroyed earlier this year by flooding. Work has begun on the damaged dam, and $1.5 million dollars is earmarked for repairs. The dam and two spillways will be able to handle double the amount of water as before. The local economy has been hit hard by the empty lake, as the area relies heavily on tourist dollars.
