Lake Trout Recipe
With summer in full swing, we would like to share a classic recipe with you. This recipe can be used for any type of trout, and many types of fish.
Trout Fillet
Lemon Slices
Olive Oil or Cooking Spray
Spices:
1 tsp salt
1 tsp cayenne pepper
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp oregano
Coat fish in oil and lemon. Coat fish in spices on both sides. On grill or cooktop heat griddle (cast iron) to high temperature. Cook fish for three minutes on each side. Enjoy!
