California's Lakes Drying Up

California is getting hit hard by drought, and a bad economy. Boating in the state is down big, as well as boat sales. Some of the biggest reservoirs and lakes in the state are anywhere between 40-77% below normal for water levels. Some lakes such as Lake Oroville have dried up almost completely. The Great Lakes Water Compact makes its way through the political system, as much of the west has an extreme thirst for water.
