Virulent Newcastle Disease

Virulent Newcastle Disease has closed down recreation on lakes in Minnesota. The disease has killed over 1,200 birds in the state. Minnesota Lake, Pigeon Lake, Lake of the Woods, Marsh Lake, Lake Kabetogama and Lake Mille Lacs have all been effected by the disease. Some islands or access points closed down, or will be closed by the end of this week on these lakes.
