With an estimated 312 million barrels of oil contained in the bottom of the Great Lakes, is support growing to begin new drilling projects throughout the basin? Canadians have been using slant drilling to access natural gas and oil since 1913 in the Great Lakes watershed.

Is support for more drilling, growing?
