EPA and Ballast Water

The EPA is being sued by environmental groups in San Francisco. The groups contend that the EPA could be doing more to prevent the spread of invasive species in the Great Lakes. The Stanford Law School Environmental Clinic is representing the groups, and contends that better methods to treat ballast water are available.
