President Obama wants to create a $5 billion dollar trust fund to help clean up the Great Lakes; and states in the Midwest are formulating restoration projects that would help with pollution levels and invasive species. Lawmakers in Michigan are proposing their own $20 billion dollar plan that would help create jobs, and clean the watershed.
Obama won't forget the Great Lakes.
