AB 3 the Clean Lakes Bill is one step closer to becoming law in Wisconsin. The bill awaits vote by the full Assembly after a 15-0 vote by the Assembly Natural Resources Committee. The Clean Lakes Bill will limit the sale and use of phosphorus in fertilizers.
