Flooding in Wisconsin

With flooding last year throughout the Midwest last Spring, many communities grappled with decisions over flood waters and dams. The lakes and communities on the Oconomowoc River in Wisconsin grappled with these decisions, and now want to form a uniform policy to deal with flood issues in the future.
