The Great Lakes and Wind Power

Did you know, that wind energy could provide the U.S. with 20-30% of its electricity by 2030? As of now only 1% of our electricity comes from the wind. Jobs are being created in this industry at a rapid rate, and some Midwestern states are trying to be at the forefront of wind power. The Great Lakes are also a focal point of placement of the blades used to create the electricity.
