Great Lakes Wind Farm

The New York Power Authority is jumping in to the race to harness wind power from the Great Lakes. The organization is looking at building a billion-dollar wind farm on the shores of either Lake Ontario or Lake Erie. The project would probably involve 40 wind turbines, and project proposals may be in play by the end of the year.
