Michigan's Changing Water Usage

Michigan's DEQ will be having to make some tough decisions in the coming years about water withdrawals from the Great Lakes. Genessee County wants to tap into Lake Huron at a rate of about 8.5 gallons a day. The changes come as Detroit loses more population, and water usage by the city continues to plummet.
