Water Wars

NPR has a new report on the changing water laws of states out West. Lawmakers in Colorado have now allowed people to collect rainwater and snow melt on their property. Some decisions on water rights in Utah, Colorado, Washington and other states go back to the late 1800's, and need major overhauls.
