Northern Wisconsin Drought

The drought across northern Wisconsin is shrinking lakes at a rapid rate. 85% of the lakes are seepage lakes, and some have lost close to nine vertical feet of water over the last five years. Piers can no longer access the water on many of the lakes. The extended drought is now six years-old, with no end in sight.
